Sandra, a Connecticut native, received a National Institute of Health (NIH) scholarship and earned a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Louisville. After a 27-year career as a social worker, she is now retired and resides in Indiana. Sandra is also a devoted mother of three and a proud grandmother of five.
